I’m no professional, I have a simple point and shoot camera, I rarely play around with the settings. My goal is not so much to make incredible photos, as to record many things that we might not notice if we are always rushing around.

My photos are all of recent vintage; until I acquired my present camera I was limited, even though I tried capture interesting shots. I look back at some of those - especially our trips to various parts of the world - and wish I had a decent camera a long time ago.

I am Tom Curran, a hobby photographer based in beautiful Prince Edward County, Ontario. My enjoyment of photography is a personal one, driven by the desire to capture the world's really neat stuff. Which, if you look carefully, is all around you.
