Birds and animals: A glimpse into wildlife

These photos are all mine.  Most of the animals and birds have been photographed right here on our little piece of The County.  Many more come from nearby, especially Presqu’Ile Park.  Very few have been edited, because I haven’t bothered to learn how to use editing software.

Scenery: Landscapes that inspire

I am fortunate to live in a place that is highly photogenic, with  the light aspects changing hour by hour, season by season.

Buildings: Architectural marvels

I like architecture.  I consider the work of an architect to be the epitome of blending art and science.  In particular I like older buildings, and especially old churches that dominate the southern Ontario landscape.

Art: Creative expressions

Elaine and I like art.  We like it too much, actually, because we’ve gathered more than we can show.  Little of it is very expensive - although we have a handful that were special, most was under $1,000.  Great art is any art that an individual happens to really like.

People and Events: Moments in time

There are some moments that one is lucky enough to record because you know they will be important ones.  Even in a small way.
